Yerba La Merced - Mount


The crops of yerba mate La Merced de Monte come from the mountainous area of the subtropical jungle of the Argentine Republic, an area characterized by very fertile soils, abundant rain and high temperatures. The drying process of the Merced de Monte is carried out in the traditional way and the parking is natural for a period that can vary from 12 to 15 months. Due to its origins and its special type of grinding, a yerba made with superior quality stick and limited production is obtained, with an unmistakable flavor. Its flavor is very particular, with slight bitter notes that denote its jungle origin.
