PROCEDURES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms, procedures and conditions for the conclusion of the purchase contract between you and Páginas Libros de Magia SL will apply to all orders placed through the website www.booksofmagic.com.

Any order that is made will be subject to the prior acceptance of Pages Books of Magic SL. Only with the acceptance of Pages Books of Magic SL confirming the operation, the agreement for the commercial transaction is concluded.

How to buy
To buy it is essential to register as a customer, in the "my account" section. In addition, you may request commercial information and publicity about the news of www.booksofmagic.com, indicating it in the corresponding box in “my account”. To unsubscribe from said service, it will suffice to access said form again, and uncheck the box with which you requested the sending of said commercial information. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, you must click on "basket" to add said item to your order. When you have added all the items you want to purchase, you must click on "formalize" to access the order delivery data. In addition, from the shopping cart page, after pressing the "buy" button, you will access a form with all the information about the shipping and payment options. Once a Purchase Order has been received, www.booksofmagic.com will immediately send a confirmation of the sale made to the email address indicated in the Purchase Order.

Language to formalize the contract
The acquisition of any product offered by www.booksofmagic.com  must be formalized through the aforementioned website, with Spanish being the only language admitted.

Availability and prices
The data that appears in our database corresponds to products that have ever entered one of our stores. About them we provide the information that we have at all times, since the page is updated periodically. We do not assume responsibility for any typographical or arithmetical error that may appear on our page. The indicated prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). We promise to maintain the prices indicated in all those products indicated as "available". Not so in the other books. A product will be considered 'immediately available' when, in addition to appearing on the web as "available", its availability is confirmed by www.booksofmagic.com. Likewise, the deadlines given for the rest of the products not classified as "available" are always approximate and in no case imply any commitment on our part.

Collections and shipments
It is possible to pick up the order at one of our stores, within the established hours and provided that confirmation has been received that it is available. To do this, it must be indicated in the shopping cart form.
In the case of shipments, the amount of the shipping costs will be added to the total price of the order. If it is an order for several products, we will try to group them in a single shipment, whenever possible and that this does not delay delivery excessively. The shipping cost will be calculated according to the following table:

Customs expenses not included

The final cost of the shipment is always the one that appears on the invoice issued by www.booksofmagic.com. Except for customs expenses or taxes, tariffs or other charges. In shipments to non-EU countries www.booksofmagic.com  will not be responsible in any case for the payment of taxes, customs duties or other charges.

Product delivery
The delivery of the purchased product will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on working days and office hours. As a general rule, the delivery occurs within 24 hours / 48 hours after the departure of Pages Books of Magic SL. Pages Books of Magic SL will proceed to the delivery of the purchased item in the shortest time possible, promptly informing the buyer of the departure of the purchased items from their warehouses. Any delay in delivery will be the responsibility of the chosen transport company, against which buyers and Páginas Libros de Magia SL may claim.

The refusal to accept the delivery of the products will empower Pages Books of Magic to charge the reasonable cost of storage of the products in the means of payment used until it actually takes place.

If the delivery is unsuccessful for any reason other than Pages Books of Magic, it reserves the right to cancel the agreement and return the amount paid.

In the event of any damage or defect in the product delivered, the customer must urgently contact Pages Books of Magic to report the anomalies and receive instructions on how to document them and send them to Pages Books of Magic for replacement with items in good condition, if deemed necessary. the seller. For this communication, the corporate email address of Páginas Libros de Magia, which appears on the "contact" page, must be used.

Withdrawal
Orders can be canceled free of charge before the shipment has been made. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package is shipped, we will consider it a return.
Returns can be made up to 7 business days after you have received the product, as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain -if applicable- the original seal or packaging. This will not apply to the sale of items that can be reproduced or copied immediately or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned. In the event of a return, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. The amount of the purchase will not be returned, but can be used in another purchase. Naturally, those returns that are derived from our error or from a defect in the product served are excluded from this assumption. In that case, www.booksofmagic.com  undertakes to exchange the defective product for another of the same. We will also bear the return and shipping costs. If the change cannot be made, the amount will be refunded.

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify info@librosdemagia.com, through the withdrawal document that is provided, indicating the order number, as well as the identification data of the contract and the contracting parties and sending the product by the same channel that received it and in perfect condition. Pages Libros de Magia SL will respond by informing you of the address where the merchandise should be sent.

Payment
In case of choosing the "pick up in store" option, payment will be made at the collection point, at the time of picking up the order. In the case of shipments, the payment of the product will be made in one of the ways indicated below, at the buyer's choice:

Pages Books of Magic will deliver the corresponding invoice to the customer at the time of delivery of the order.

The causes of force majeure are circumstances that are completely beyond the control of Pages Books of Magic SL and that can absolutely prevent the fulfillment of the obligations contracted, including late deliveries, delays in them or incomplete deliveries of goods, being extensible to other companies in the same circumstances. In a situation of force majeure, all the obligations of Pages Books of Magic SL will be suspended. If the period in which Pages Books of Magic SL cannot fulfill its contractual obligations exceeds ninety (90) calendar days, both parties have the right to terminate the purchase agreement in writing, without there being an obligation to indemnify in relation to said resolution.
