For orders to the city of Madrid (postal code 280XX) shipments are made within 24 hours*.
For the rest of Madrid and the peninsula, shipments are made in 24 to 48 hours* (by private courier) and in 4-5 days* (by Correos).

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in 48 to 72 hours* (with private parcel service) and in 4-5 days* (with Correos).

Our organic and ecologically sourced products will bear a label indicating this (BIO, Organic, Fairtrade, ECO, etc.). This is the case for our chocolates, our honeys, our organic yerba mate, and most of our other products.

ICE CREAM (summer season):

We inform our customers that this establishment uses milk, eggs, peanuts, sesame, nuts, gluten, and soy. Therefore, depending on the severity of your allergy, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens in our ice cream. We always advise you to ask our staff for information.

We cannot guarantee, above all, the total absence of: dairy products and nuts.
