Gunpowder

Classic Chinese green tea, recognized for its coiled strands that simulate «cannon powder», hence its name. This Gunpowder, also known as Zucha or Pearl Tea, is slowly dried in rotating drums, and the constant rotation gives the leaf its spherical shape. This tea can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
