In the Fujian province, we get one of the most unusual specialty teas that is still largely artisanal. Immediately after wilting, the still-wet tea leaves are briefly heated with the water vapor from the milk, which preserves the beautiful olive-green color of the leaves and imparts the characteristic creamy aroma and flavor. Subsequently, the leaves are manually rolled and dried. A soft and friendly tea that conquers.
